January 21st, a great day!! David's Birthday!

Happy birthday, David!  I'm so glad you are in my life!
Its also my nephew, Mathis's birthday.  1 year ago we celebrated both of their birthdays at the hospital!  What great memories!  Linds, I'm sorry we couldn't be there to celebrate his 1st birthday with you.  We'll be there for the 2nd!  I love you!
Here is a picture of the birthday boys!

Polka dot pj's, nothing better!!

This is just a cute picture of our niece, Riley, in some pj's we gave her for Christmas!

Its a Clark's Fish Camp birthday!

We had a great weekend with some friends visiting from Atlanta!  Melissa and John, thanks for coming!  We had such a great time!  We celebrated David's birthday a few days early at Clark's Fish Camp www.clarksfishcamp.com !  Here are a few pictures.  Mac, Lisa and Riley came with us too which was fun!  Noone was brave enough to try any of the more interesting menu items but everyone really enjoyed their food!  We did eat some fried pickles which were great! Check out the menu!
Also, Melissa brought some baby presents from some friends in Atlanta (since we can't travel) and we had a miniature impromtu shower just the 4 of us!  It was so fun and meant so much to David and me.  Thanks so much for doing that Melissa and to everyone that was involved in that!
And lastly, we painted the nursery.....we are getting closer!  8 weeks to go!

Good news from the Doctors!

I saw the hematologist on Tuesday and he said from the tests they have done, it doesn't look like I have a hereditary blood disorder which is wonderful.  They will still run tests after the baby is born to make sure.  Oh, and he said I can drive!  Freedom!

Then I went to the ob yesterday and we actually have a plan for the birth!  (Which is what I wanted for some peace of mind!)  Looks like I will go on Heparin at 36 weeks which is a 2 shot a day thing, ugh!  The good thing about it is that it stays in your system thinning your blood for a shorter amount of time so if I go into labor it will take less time for it to get out of my system so my blood will go back to its crazy clotting self!

We see the high risk ob next week so we will get to see Jax again, very exciting!

The Jackson's are invading Jacksonville!

David's brother and fam are finally here and moved in (Mac, Lisa and their daughter Riley)!  We are so excited that they are here!  Can't wait to introduce them to all you Jacksonville folks!
