Oh jeez, I was tagged......

So the last time I was tagged, I didn't do it......(Sorry Ashley and Audrey) So now Amy tagged me (at least I think she did unless she has another friend named Stacy?)  So 16 things about me.....seems like a lot!

1. I was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Georgia when I was 3....haven't been back to Wisconsin and would like to go someday.

2. I'm not good at small talk and it makes me uncomfortable so if I can't get my words out and my story seems to be going nowhere, that is why. :0)

3.  I'm legally blind without my contacts and don't plan on getting surgery to fix it.

4. My grandmother made the first Ronald McDonald costume.  She owned a costume shop and they asked her to make a clown costume for them.

5. I have a really cheezy sense of humor and I think most people are funny and will laugh at any joke,  unless its mean and then I don't think its funny.

6. We used to go to the mountains with Amy's family (the girl who tagged me) when we were in middle school.  Her dad married David and I.  He used to pull my toes to pop them and I hated it! :0)  Weird memory!

7. I never, ever, ever thought I would have a boy.  I was completely shocked when I found out!

8. I DESPERATELY want to have another wedding, to the same man of course!

9.  I didn't grow up in a sports family.  I'm completely sports challenged.

10. I've wanted a tattoo for , oh, 7 years....probably will never get one.

11. My greatest fear is that I will get arrested for something I didn't do.

12. And this kind of goes along with the one above.  I HATE getting in trouble and I always follow the rules.  My husband on the other hand is not a rule follower.

13.  I've tried every diet, fast, cleanse, you name it to try to cure my random ailments.....The only thing that has worked so far is cutting out pork.  It stopped my stomach problems I've had my whole life!

14. I ran a the Nashville Country music marathon in 2004.  I finished an hour after David and he thought I had quit.....that still stings a bit! :0)  I love you, David!

15.  I'm really, really scared of the dark.

16. The only people that I can sit in silence with and feel comfortable are David and my sister.

I don't have 16 people to tag so I'll just tag a few.....Julie (I don't think she will do it but I would love to see them if she did!  Miss you Jules! :0)  Karin, Tiffany and Kelli.

And just because.....

he's turning into a little boy!  We don't have a little baby anymore and its happening so fast!

Christmas & New Years!

We had a great Christmas and New Years this year!  We went to Atlanta the day before Christmas Eve and had dinner with our good friends that David went to college with.  Then spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with my family and then drove to Meridian, MS on Christmas day to be with David's side of the family for the rest of the week.  We headed back to Jacksonville and then on to Tampa for New Years with our friends Merran and Phil!  Jax was a trooper with all of the traveling but did have a couple rough nights because of teething.  We were up every 2 hours on Christmas night because he was feeling so bad.  It was really sad!  But he got through it and now he has 3 1/2 teeth to show for it!  (one hasn't come in all the way!)  He wasn't all that into opening the presents but did enjoy his new toys.  Jax is getting better at eating and we have moved beyond cheerios even though those are still his favorite!  But he is still a vegetarian....he just won't eat any meat.  Maybe when he gets more teeth??

Our good friends Phil and Merran,  who we have spent the last 5 New Years' with!  We had such a great time with them, as always.  This was the first time they met Jax and next time we see them they will have a new baby boy.

Jax in Tampa.  The weather was absolutely beautiful!  What a funny little guy!  He was very proud of himself!

All of us on New Year's day 2009!
